Cosy One Bedroom Digbeth Apartment

do not take this apartment !! i paid 400£ for 5 days and when i arrived it was dirty . it was not cleaned . it was left like that . i had to go to the market to buy everything i needed to clean the apartment after another person . rubbish everywhere , food , unwashed plates , dirty bed and an incredibly bad smell . i contacted the property and they told me that if i didn't like it i could get my money back and leave . of course i had nowhere to go until my refund came back . they told me that the manager was on holiday and there was nothing he could do for me and to leave if i didn't like it .

Nothing. It was dirty when I came in and I was with a child. They did not clean. The building is dirty and dodgy. The apartment itself looked like someone had broken in a few times before as here was marks at the door handle. It was just not a safe,clean environment. It looks nothing like what was advertised. Save your money and do not book.

dirty toilets no toilet tissue area had a bad smell wifi did not work

Not really anything.

Poor maintainince on building, smoke alarm battery low so constant beeping. Charged for cleaning but bathroom tiling had dirt, there was a sock hanging off the bedroom lamp and the coffee table was dusty. Just enough hot water to have a shower no point in there being a bath installed.

This was the dirtiest location I stayed in. Don’t think cleaners do anything if I have to be honest. Also, they don’t have the amenities that they claim to have, I had to go purchase an hairdryer, cuz non of his staff members could bring it to me. Also we found broken plates and smartwip in the cupboard. But overall this is property is a catfish
