Cosy One Bedroom Digbeth Apartment

I was told property is not available when I reached there and I should book somewhere else. I have not received my refund either

The accomodation was filthy, the pictures misleading. The staff rude and customer support non-existent

Location was good

Cleanliness. Bathroom - shower screen dirty with scum . Toilet stained . Radiator coming away from the wall. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Not enough cutlery plates and glasses for 2 people. Sofa and chairs were stained. Blind was broken in the Lounge. Paintwork all though was dirty.

I was giving the wrong details for the property and left stranded after travelling down from 3 hours away no one answered me about the correct property details until hours later where I then had made alternative arrangements

Very clean cozy.

Other than the location there was not much to like about the property.

1. The sink leaks every time it is used, causing a persistent mess. 2. The property smells strongly of sewage, which is extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. 3. The floors are filthy, indicating a lack of proper cleaning before my arrival. 4. The bedroom light is non-functional, leaving the room poorly lit. 5. Residents are leaving rubbish bins outside their doors, resulting in a foul and pervasive odor. 6. Security is a major concern, as the doors are all broken and do not provide adequate protection. I am sure there are many more that problems
