Good location for O2 institute Property was clean

Dirty, unsecure building with bags of rubbish in the halls and stains on the carpet. Property in poor condition- peeling paint, broken bath panel, half used bottles of old soap, dried out diffuser bottles… The main door for the building is broken so anyone can walk in. On returning from our evening out there were 2 men sitting on the floor of the lobby drinking.

It was nice.

There was no glasses, there was no extra blankets. The tv wasn’t working properly. The internet didn’t work, I had to hotspot my phone to the tv. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the white towels were dirty.

Good location

The building and the apartment wasn’t the cleanest. The apartment would have been more comfortable if the cleaning didn’t seem rushed. There were things in the kitchen sink when I arrived and the washing up sponge was dirty and covered in hair and the floor wasn’t swept up properly. The bathroom sink was blocked and no soap was available. If they focused on the cleanliness then it would be a nice place to stay. But I won’t be back.

Fabulous vibrant area with a really hip vibe. Lovely flat, comfortable and beautiful decoration.

Would have liked more pillows Be careful about parking. You have to pay on the street between 8am and 6pm.

The bed was comfy, although new pillows would be good.

I was not given a fob to access the apartment bloc, although I did managed to contact the owner they however never gave me a fob after saying they would. It made it difficult to come and go as I pleased. The apartment itself was sort of clean, but could do with a deep clean. More towels need to be provided too.
