Very clean and very cosy! Excellent stay and host was very considerate.

• No ridiculous deposit or requirement to register through a third party like a lot of Birmingham listings. • Quiet • 15 minutes from city centre via a frequently running bus. • Hosts communicated prior to listing and provided a free cot.

• Front door lock and garden lock were very difficult to lock and not secure. • Hot water did not work in en-suite shower despite host being told about this in feedback from other guests. • Sofa and mattresses very old and very uncomfortable. • Lack of amenities provided. No kitchen towels, tea towels, sugar and lack of toilet paper • Nothing ‘modern’ or ‘spectacular’ like the listing • Poorly maintained inside and outside • Garden unusable with had a dangerous line at 5 foot, stingy nettles and rusty bbq • Lack of information provided.

no wine glasses at property host brought some to us very good location, easy to get to centre adequate seating for 4, would have struggled had there been more staying, only 4 dining chairs

parking difficult, obviously previous issues with neighbour, would be easy enough to resolve with a clear notice. neighbour disturbing us knocking on door about car parking, repeated phone calls from host regarding cars, 1 call at nearly midnight and one waking me up in the morning, not conducive to a relaxing weekend away not as clean as it could have been, superficially clean, lost an earring under bed, when moved to retrieve it found lots of dust, nappy, tea bags amongst other bits, garden overgrown and a mess, blade on patio. Bedroom blind fell off when being opened injuring my daughter, 2 cuts to leg.

Property was clean & tidy, great value for money.

could do with extra stuff for kitchen, ie. chopping board, more glasses, more pans, extra kitchen things (not complaining though, it was a great stay!)
