Property provided plenty of space for us and was a good location for the NEC.

The property was dirty , bathroom areas have become mouldy and the ensuite shower did not work. There was not enough crockery for even four guests let alone the 6 which it should accommodate and advertises for. The garden is unusable housing broken appliances, rubbish and overgrown both front and back. Additionally in the kitchen there was very limited utensils and no items such as a chopping board or scissors along with only one pan, many items and rubbish have just been left by previous guests. I have stayed in many properties like this and typically the basics are available therefore dissapointing.

Good Location and property was very quiet, comfortable rooms

The garden needs some attention, there were bin bags and rubbish left in a corner plus an old appliance and bbq, it is very overgrown. The dining room table could would benefit from having more chairs, the property sleeps 6 but there are only 4 chairs (and 4 dinner plates/bowls). There was no kitchen towel or roll which would have been useful to have. Wi fi wasn’t working when we arrived but it was quickly resolved by the host. Check out time was wrong on the website and confirmation emails which resulted in the host ringing to ask what time we plan to leave (looks like it has now been updated)
