Stunning Modern Home In Birmingham

Over the past few days, I have been struggling to write a review that reflects my stay at this 'Unbelievable' place. I just couldn't find the right words to share my experience. But let me start by putting this on record, This place exceeded my expectations x2 - I mean it!. I know this sounds bad but UK does not have good wallet friendly Self Catering places to stay compared to countries like Spain, Portugal, North or South America. But this place ladies and gentlemen, makes you feel like you are in one of the mentioned countries above. It's AWESOME!, well facilitated, super clean and probably the most specious and organised place have been to in UK for a while. I have been booking hotels and apartments and villas using Booking.com, for me, my family and customers (@travelholicsuk - a travel agency)for more than 26 years. I have been to so many places, this place 12 out of 10!. Something else that I really liked about this place was the Checking - In and Checking - Out time!. The host was so flexible, very friendly and was quick to get to me whenever I needed anything. He also saved me from going through that process of sending ID which to me, is very uncomfortable. Please Booking.com, create an ID verification method which is safer like the one on IG, X, FB and some online companies where one particular company is used for verifying customer ID so we don't have to send Passports/Driving Licenses willy - nilly to any Tom and Jerry!. Yes, we know about the local law requirements. But we can find away around it without risking too much. ID theft and personal data breach occur every year. 2 million Brits fell victim to ID theft crimes. Dear Booking.com, I don't want to be another ID fraud statistic!

Lovely modern home. Travelled up from Plymouth for shopping and a concert. Location was perfect for both. Easy to contact owners but had zero issues. Was lovely, clean and plenty of room for a group of 5 and exceeded everyone's expectations
