The Elms Thekkady

The room was very clean and well maintained. The host were very nice and always available. The location is good.

The room we stayed in was a bit small and basically equipped (other rooms in the property are larger and fully equipped but cost more). Adding a kettle would be nice. The price is a bit higher than what we normally pay for this kind of room, but it seems this applies to Thekkady in general.

Very nice facilities, nice staff, everything worked well. A bit noisy, as closer to streets.

We had a great stay at the Elms. The host was extremely nice and forthcoming, we were able to leave our luggage during the day when we went into the national park. The national park entry is walking distance, making the location perfect for park visitors. The rooms were nice and clean, and had everything we needed.

Fantastic location near the Periyar reserve, lovely clean room and very friendly staff. A great place to stop!
