Great hospitality and the rooms were super clean.

Location - great location, walking distance from many restaurants. Staff - so warm and helpful, they helped us organise a safari tour for a good price. We enjoyed complimentary tea and cake on our balcony every morning, and they gave us plenty of bottled water when we asked. Room - spacious, soft but comfortable bed. Bathroom was really clean and modern compared to some in India. Plenty of taxis just outside if you need onward travel at short notice. Note there is no laundry available but there are some on the street (we didn't use though). I would highly recommend The Elms!

Very clean, nice room, general appearance was amazing. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Also very nice balcony for the complimentary morning tea. Definitely good value for our money. Location was nice because it wasn’t right next to the busy street. Very close to the national park entrance for self guided tour.

Only small things that overall didn’t impact our experience, for example the room was right next to the reception which wasn’t a big deal but it’s not ideal, and there were no hooks to hang a jacket, and many (too) many buttons in the room for lights and other (unclear) things. But as I said, very small things.

Beautifully decorated, tastefully appointed, comfortable and quiet, The Elms was a total respite. Small (just 5 rooms) but with everything you need. Amal, the manager, was pleasant, thoughtful, helpful and resourceful willing to help us plan our day, help with transport or even order food to be delivered to us. The location was central but on a quieter street. Near tiger preserve booking office and lots of restaurants and shops. I recommend upgrading to a room with a balcony on second floor so you are not on the ground floor with reception and central seating lounge.

VERY clean and modern room. The bed was extremely comfortable. Good WiFi. Great location, easy walking distance to food and sites. Lovely balcony! Amal was super helpful in arranging activities and transportation to our next destination.

Loved the huge windows and patio in this modern 4 or 5 room hotel. Across the street from the national park booking office which was convenient. All the restaurants are an easy walk away. Amal, the manager took good care of us during our 4 night stay.

Staff very helpful in organising trips/tours etc. Clean and comfortable room.

Room on the ground floor slightly noisy due to proximity to reception area.
