Villa Santai Bali

The asthetics of the villa was beautiful.

The location was a little off from the main street.

The room was beautiful, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was so lush! Had a lovely view into the garden with the pool. Aircon was really good too as it’s so hot all the time. Cute kitchen space and nice to have some privacy.

The shower was broken and was a cold shower which they do not state on the website. There was very loud construction behind us every morning at 8am. We had only 1 chair out the front despite it being a booking for 2 people, and it got moved to another room for some reason.

I absolutely loved my time, stay & experience in Villa Santai. Everyone here is so amazing & helpful. The design of the rooms are absolutely gorgeous! Really allowed me to enjoy my time here even more & the sister hotel Nagara which is 5 mins away was the perfect quite co-working space!

The other guests were very friendly, and the room and bathroom were clean and omfortable.

There was no warm water in the shower and it didn't spray down; it was just a cold stream near the shower wall.

The room is beautiful and the half-outdoor shower lovely and clean. The staff ist very friendly and helpful

The aircon wasn't working properly and we had no running water two days in a row, didn't get any discount or refund, which is quite unsatisfying. There was contruction work next door, during the night

The property looked nice

The room was very dirty and in the evening I found out there where bed bugs all over the bed. Really disgusting. I could not sleep there and had to book something else. The property was willing to give money back, but I had to contact Booking. After reaching out multiple times still no reply and the property can do nothing. Highly recommend to find something else for your stay in Bali. It has cost me a lot of money and they don’t do refunds.

The room, the bed and the toilet are really big, is well decorated and has all the things necessary you need (mosquito repellent, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, 2 towels per person) The kitchen is available for everyone

It would be nice for the guests to find a sign with the name of the structure out of the door. I’ve been walking up and down the street because i wasn’t sure. Little thing….about the structure i really like everything
