Very comfy, clean and pretty

Comfortable bed big.

Poor communication and interactions with the villa. There was nobody there to meet us on arrival. We never saw anyone our entire stay. Even on checkout there was no communication at all. We messaged the Villa to let them know the toilet was leaking and the shower drain was very blocked and needed to be cleaned, however unfortunately it was never fixed. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

It's possible to stay with dog

There is completely mess in management in this guesthouse. When we arrived there was only a cleaning lady, who apparently also performs the role of an administrator. She put us in a room and we spent one night. The next day, another couple arrived and it turned out that we were living in a room intended for them and the cleaning lady asked us to move. But it became really strange when we moved, a new couple drove into our previous room and at that moment another couple arrived with a paid room, but all the rooms were already occupied. The guys stood in the heat with heavy backpacks on the doorstep and no one even offered them to come in, take off their backpacks and drink water. At the same time, a girl lives in one of the rooms, working in another hotel owned by the same owner, but she does not participate in the management of this complex. It's also funny that while we were driving back and forth from room to room, the owner stopped by the complex, but apparently did not consider it necessary to meet with us and talk. During our stay, the water went out several times. in the new room the water in the toilet sink did not work. The cleaner called an engineer, who came about 6 hours later. It turned out that the drain was clogged in the sink and someone had simply turned off the water before that so that the sink would not be used. Instead of fixing it. In a closet designed for things, the tip of a 7 mm self-tapping screw stuck out on the top shelf and I almost tore my backpack about it. I can't see it because it's above the eyes.

everything was a little disorganised when we arrived there was no one at the villa to check us in and we could not get in contact with any staff due to bad signal in the area, we ended up doing self check in when the manager replied to us on WhatsApp. We also gave our laundry to housekeeping who only it brought it to the laundry the day after we asked for it to be washed. When we got the laundry back most of our clothes smelt and were damp and some came back more dirty than before. I know this is not the fault of house keeping but I would not recommend this laundry service. The room we were in had many geckos in the ceiling which meant our bed had droppings on it during our stay which meant our bed sheets needed changed we stayed here for four nights and on our lastnight we were told we had to move room because people were checking in to our room that day and that we had been in the wrong room for the previous nights. This was not ideal as we had to pack everything up to move for just one night If you don’t have your own scooter and want to explore and experience the Uluwatu area I would not recommend staying here as the gojek and grab services take a long time to find a driver as it is so out of the way, although once you get a driver it is only around 15mins to the main restaurants etc in Uluwatu.

Just a little way out from the hub of everything but we had our own scooter so it was fine. A couple of nights we all caught a taxi together which is very cheap so we could have a few drinks.

The room was spacious and the bedding and towels were new and fresh. There was always hot water and I never had any issues with safety.

The property is next to a building site at the back of the property. They start at 8 in the morning until 5pm every day, including some Sundays. You don't only hear the noise of hammers, drills and grinders from the site, but they also play music all day whilst they are working. It sounds like they put speakers in an empty room which echoes loudly, especially in the room I stayed in. They also play the same 10 songs over and over again, day after day. I stayed at this property for more than 3 weeks and this was excruciating. To be woken up by this noise and music every day and to have to listen to them play the same Indonesian songs over and over and over again day after day was torture. I asked the cleaning lady at the property to ask them to at least stop the music, but that helped nothing. Furthermore, the cleaner was sporadic and a bit obnoxious/nosey. Her English is not great but she's very talkative and wants to know what you are doing and where you are going all the time. She cleans well in the room, but in the common kitchen area she never really bothers with anything. The shelves, inside and on top of the fridges, areas between counter and wall and the windows are extremely dirty and look like they haven't been cleaned in years. During our stay at the property there were 3 occasions where there was no power. The property uses prepaid electricity and the meter starts to beep for a few hours and then the power goes off. No one checks how many credits are left in time so appartently it's up to you as a guest to let the property know the meter is beeping or the power has completely gone off becuase there are no credits remaining. Lastly, the property location is incorrect on Google maps so it's difficult to find. These issues are however still not a deal breaker for me.
