Nothing I didn’t like on there everting it’s dirty, the hosts living there they shouting all day long and night, they don’t even have soups in a bathroom horrible….. we use the towels and my girlfriend now it’s on emergency because she took an urinal infection….

Please don’t let this kind off people to rent on your website

The bed was comfy, the WiFi fast and the Tv was large.

So, first of all this is a shared house. The advertisement was slightly deceptive on this. But that wasn’t really the issue. We never received a confirmation email, and the phone number attached didn’t connect. I was given a different contact number from another guest. They didn’t even know we were coming and one of the rooms was not made up. We were told it would be 2.5 hours before it would be ready. The upstairs shower barely worked and the downstairs one flooded the floor when used. They’re were questionable white stains on the carpet in one of the rooms. The kitchen was full of dirty towels and bedding.

Place is unfit for a Lodge. Bed bugs and filthy. Dirty linen. A total disgrace. You should remove this place off your site immediately. It's a disgrace.

Everything. Couldn't get in. Door didn't lock or close. Place is absolutely disgusting. Filthy. Bed bugs. No hot water. Dirty linen. Bins overflowing. An XL Bully locked up and cries all the time, in room 1. The owner of the place doesn't give a damn. I checked out early and cost myself more money. Place is a disgrace and you should remove it off your site immediately.

On arrival I was asked for more money to stay at this residence. An extra £60 for my 2 week 3 night per week booking. After a long day and no signal to cancel my reservation with hotels.com, I reluctantly paid. Very disappointed with the shared shower rooms and the 2nd week another guest was given the key to my room and actually entered my room when I was in residence. I will never book this guest house again and to cap it all I asked for a receipt for the extra £60 and never received it.

Nothing.

Was told when arriving at the property that they had overbooked by one room, and we had booked two rooms. As we could not find alternative accommodation for the other two guests we reluctantly accepted to stay as four people in one room. Management agreed to refund us for one of the rooms, but we have yet to receive the promised refund for the overbooked room. Now believe this was a tactic to scam us out of money, as the place was eerily quiet which leads me to believe no one else was actually staying there.

The location was very ideal. The kitchen was spacious. There was parking available

All whole house was not clean. There was toilet rubbish bin in the kitchen. There were toilet rolls on top of the kitchen zink The conservatory looked like it has never been cleaned. We were not aware we had to share the house with other people and one of them always lefthis room half naked. Some of the rooms had cubweb and both toilets were very unhygienic. It was warm and only one room had a fan
