It was such a horrible experience. Please make sure to do a refund back to my account asap. I couldn't check in and couldn't contact the staff at the residence. It was one of the occupants who called a different number and I was told it was full booked and they have had 9 cancellations because their system still allows people to book even when it is full. This is not just terrible but very EVIL. Never ever booking anything as such again. Please refund my money to me ASAP

Facilities were good and comfortable

Check in was a serious hassle. I didn’t get key to go in and had to hang around for so long before another person let me in. Host was unreachable on mobile and took several hours before responding on the bookings app.
