Steyn Guest Lodge

This is a scam, I booked with the property, they sent an initial reply to confirm how many rooms which was incorrect from what I booked which I replied to and after that point received no contact from them despite multiple attempts to contact them. The phone number supplied was unreachable and I was never given any access codes for the property so was unable to stay there, they still took my money and booking.com have been no help in getting a refund as they also have ignored all my requests.

Didn't pick up the phone on the day of arrival, so I had to book another hotel. They promised a full refund the next day, but then Booking.com had to chase them, and I had to chase Booking.com. Avoid!

It was a nice property. The manager is a rlly lovely guy. Helped with everything!!

Avoid. We have booked for New Year's Eve. Arrived at the property and there was no communication from the owner. No code for the lock. We have called multiple times, no answer. We have waited 4 hours!!! Ended up in nearby Travelodge .It took 5 weeks to get a refund. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!

The company is Scam and fraudsters. They never existed. My money was taken and they never answered the phone when I get to the property. I didn't get access into the property. I have to book another emergency hotel and paid extra for taxi again. Very very disappointed
