Great space in an amazing location with a delicious breakfast each morning.

Very good location, in the Guanajuato center, you can visit many different places at walking distance. Very nice room with mexican amiance, very clean, nice decoration, good room space, accesories, etc. Very good breakfast and service.

There were 2 aspects that did not meet my expectations. The rooms are located in 2nd and 3rd floor, so you have to climb steep stairs. This was not mentioned in the description of the rooms. If visitors have any issue in climbing stairs it is though. The second issue was that the noice of the street is very loud particularly during the night since there are many restaurants and bars with loud music, so if you want to have a quiet sleep it is difficult for this situation in the room that I was assigned.

Loud bar music goes on until early morning. Very bright lighting from interior of hotel streams into the room. Stuffy.

Celia the host responded immediately to any request we had. The room was pristine, the decoration of the building and the room is amazing, you feel in the 1800s, the location could not be better, you are pretty much in the heart of the historic center. Finally, Concha the staff was the best part, she made us an amazing breakfast as well as she was very interesting to talk to. Overall great place to stay, highly recommended.
