La Casa Veintidós

Nice room and location. The main door uses a lockbox. No front desk or anyone to answer questions. We didn't have any issues but it was confusing to checkin and strange that nobody is on property.

The room is big with high ceilings. The manager was flexible and the lady who cooked breakfast was nice and changed her cooking for us. Room service was provided.

This is a B n B place so everything is relatively simple. The noise mentioned by previous visitors was terrible. Thanks to my super headset I was able to sleep, until my neck hurt at the last night. The quality of the trip was downgraded because of the noise:( The breakfast was good but they provided it at 9, which for us was really late. The owner could at least give us the access to the kitchen to let us make the coffee by ourselves.

The owner was so nice with us! The room was huge and it’s amazingly located to go everywhere walking in downtown.

Beautiful room, gorgeous views from balcony, delicious breakfast, lovely staff. Great location, right off the main jardín. So much charm.

No A/C, but they brought a cooling unit, which was very helpful. Noisy at night, when the revelers get loud. I’m a good sleeper though, and it’s much better than random explosions for religious celebrations. :)

The room was gorgeous. It was spacious, had stunning views of the city from both the room and rooftop. The owners were very responsive, even placing flowers and a bottle of wine out for us as I alerted them ahead that it was our anniversary and wished for something special awaiting us. Breakfast was delicious!! It was also located in the heart of Guanajuato near to everything.

Right outside our room across the street was a bar that pumped out ridiculously loud music until 3-4 am. After that, a drunken fight broke out in the street, loud enough to wake us. This was a downer. I had to go to 4 pharmacies before finding one that sold ear plugs for the next night.

Great service, Great breakfast.
