The location is excellent and great value

Nothing really - possibly the shower could be upgraded but it is more adequate

Great location and spacious apartment slight downfall was steps up to it but other that a great place for groups to stay

We liked how quirky the room was with its little features and how close to Matthew street it was (that’s where we spent the day/night)

It was very hot in the apartment

I like the location of this apartment due to it being in the heart of the nightlife

The only problem was that's there are quite a few sets of stairs to get to the apartment which late at night can prove tricky, also there was no refreshments provided in the apartment, so people will have to bring all there own tea, coffee etc

The many stairs up to the apartment were concrete and poorly lit

PLEASE AVOID - IT HAS RATS The apartment has a rat infestation. When we visited the property we were greeted with the smell of rotting food and we discovered a bin room full of festering bin bags. We also found several large rats. The downstairs of the apartment was covered in rat feaces and they had chewed a hole through the bathroom door in our accommodation. When we rang the apartment we were told nothing could be done as they don’t own the building and we have since complained and have been offered no compensation. Please don’t stay with Ustay, they only care about your money.

Customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful! Excellent location, very central! Cozy place!
