Location ok when you found where it was, reception and communication between office and myself absolutely outstanding and could not be more helpful.

The lighting on in the stairwell was not adequate especially for the amount of stairs.

Location is brilliant. And even though it is very central and surrounded by numerous nightlife spots, the apartment is fairly high up and therefore the noise was not a problem. I could hear some distant music at times, but nothing too bad. I believe the apartment is fairly well equipped and has a proper kitchen, although with the nearest pub 21 steps from the front door (yes, I have counted) we didn't even use it. Checking in and collecting keys was a breeze and the deposit was released quickly (same day or next morning) after checking out.

For an apartment which can house up to seven people having just one toilet becomes a bit of an issue. Wifi was not the best and some wooden beams in the room are fairly low - you can hit your head if you are over ~175 cm and not careful. Hot water randomly disappeared one morning although it worked fine on the other two, so maybe that was just a bit of one-off.

It was large space and location was perfect!
