Button Street by UStay Aparthotels

Everything was perfect, we had no electricity when we arrived and maintenance we're there within ten minutes... It's right in the heart of Liverpool everything is in walking distance, communication between myself and the host was easy and all the staff are polite and helpful...it was an amazing apartment, we were on a hen do with 8 people everyone was happy with the apartment...I read reviews about the noise but we had no problem with noise at all... great value for what you get, we definitely could of stayed longer, and we'll definitely be booking it again in the future A****

The apartment could do with more mirrors and definitely do with at least one full length mirror..as there's only one small mirror in the bathroom and between 8 women that was a bit of a struggle 🙈 The bed settee could do with some sort of padding when it's a bed, as it's quite hard and lumpy where the cushions meet otherwise it's brilliant

Location was excellent

Quite a few stairs to contend with and for a large group it would have helped to have more than one key per apartment.

The stairs lol...bit too steep and too many but for the price we paid it wasn't that bad

The location, perfect for Beatle Week

1. It had a nice big TV but no channels. 2. Even though 4 guests were staying, only 1 set of keys were supplied, meaning we all had to leave and return together. 3. An awful lot of stairs to climb. 4. The apartment is very tired looking, there was a tear in the fabric of the couch, the carpet was old looking. The bathroom was also very shabby looking. Definetly needs a new shower. The electrics were very confusing also. 5. No tea towels supplied. 6. Basically the apartment could do with a face lift.

La ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la zona de bares y pubs. Las camas y almohadas cómodas. Nos pusimos en contacto con el host porque había una ventana de techo abierta y vinieron en seguida a cerrarla.

Tuve que dejar un depósito de dinero superior al precio de la estancia, por si se producían desperfectos durante nuestra estancia, que he tardado en recuperar un mes, aunque me comunicaron que se tardaría de tres a diez días laborales. Me ha costado visita a mi banco e intercambio de varios mensajes escritos con el alojamiento. El apartamento es muy ruidoso de noche ya que está en pleno centro de la zona de pubs. El cuarto de baño es pequeño y la puerta no cerraba bien. La bañera grande pero muy alta, costaba trabajo entrar y salir.

The sofa bed was broken on arrival, door handle on the bathroom door broken, shower was a dribble and leaked from the shower head... There was no blind the the velux in the living room for those sleeping in there. Could have done with additional utensils in the apartment
