"Fabulous location. Number of steps makes it inconvenient for some."

The location was so close to Matthew Street - amazingly convenient. Collecting keys was easy. Apartment was clean and very well equipped.

The apartment was up several flights of stone steps which should be borne in mind (no lift). There was a lot of litter in a door down to the basement and it didn't smell very nice. A fire alarm went off at (I think) about 5am. Other than evacuate, we were unsure what to do. I'm a fire safety marshall and one of my friends is an alarm installer. We couldn't find a fire panel to identify where the alarm came from and it was not clear who we should contact. The alarm went off on its own after about 25 minutes. Bit of a shame as this tarnished an overall positive visit.

Amazing location. Great value for money couldn't fault it . Central to all the night life loads of amazing pubs and shopping nearby. No need for taxis anywhere. Will definitely be back .

Only fault was the steps exiting the building need improvement as became slippery when it rains and one of the lads slipped on the step and hurt his back .

"Overall good, but a couple of small niggles"

Location was ideal, everything on your doorstep. Staff when checking in were great.

Lot of stairs to the top floor. Some noise but that’s to be expected. Booked 8, the booking stated 7 beds with a sofa but only 6 beds so 2 were on the sofa and it wasn’t very warm.
