A lot of damage and the fact that they take £850 pound out of your account in case of damages but then it takes 3-10 working days to go back into your account

The location was perfect for our night out. The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

There were a lot of steps up to the apartment so if you have mobility issues this is something to consider.

The location of the property is fantastic, and the staff were always quick to reply to any queries prior to our stay.

To get into the property you had to climb up five flights of concrete stairs which were extremely steep and poorly lit, once into the property were we’re expecting a sofa bed, this bed was ripped and broken therefore not fit for purpose so we ended up having to share single beds, there was a punch hole in the bathroom wall, and the mattress had blood/yellow staining, there was also no blinds on the windows which meant we were all woken up by bright light at 6am. The property is in a fantastic location however does not sleep as many as advertised due to the broken sofa, also needs some refurbishment.
