Brilliant location, room was a great size

No curtains over balcony windows, no big mirrors in apartment, needs a banister on steps in room

Some damage to the rooms when we arrived

Location is outstanding. The apartment is spacious with full kitchen facilities. 2 single beds in one room and 4 single beds in mezzanine, lots of power sockets. Easy access with keybox

Apartment has been damaged by previous guests. Damage to both the bathroom door and bathroom cupboard door. One bed is very badly damaged, couch is torn, socket damaged, Fridge freezer working but damaged, several other issues of abuse. WiFi very poor, not working most of the time, tv not working. Despite all these issues I would still consider staying here again a possibility!

Good apartment in a good location

The apartment was spacious and fun decor. The location is great for bars and shopping locations

The window shutters wouldn’t shut properly allowing light and extra noise into the apartment No covers on the skylights allowing massive amount of light in during early morning hours, the livingroom acts as a bedroom but no blinds to help and one bedroom does have a blind but left a gap at the top so lots of lights goes in The heaters either didn’t work or took hours to begin to heat up so having to resort to a miniature heater for the whole apartment The shower worked for two people on the Saturday morning before it started to go cold and low pressure and then no hot water for showers after that at all for the rest of the trip Lots of dents in the walls, deep scratches in the floor and boarded up holes Broken window with black and yellow tape round it Uneven floor in bathroom Sink plug full of hair Hallways carpet smelt, presume from everyday walking, spilt drinks and food maybe A lot of these issues could of been easily rectified before our stay but unfortunately they weren’t which is a shame I would also maybe change the wording from “can be” noise to pollution to there will be noise pollution, this could be helped if there was double glazing or soundproofing of the floors to where the apartments are as there is only stairs below you so the noise travels

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town. Spacious with room to sleep quite a few

Smoke alarm in apartment not connected/present. Fire alarm for building went off early next morning. There were no instructions on who to contact. Tried contacting via Booking.com.but no answer. Stuck outside in rain for a hour.
