Wern farm cottage

That it was a house not an hotel room for the money paid. The host was friendly when we had to phone to get directions to find the house as not easy. The decor in the lounge and bedroom was nicely done.

The bedding did not smell fresh and could have been better. It was surface clean, but around the skirting boards there was dust, the air fresheners (always suspicious of these) made us sneeze whilst staying. There was no lighting at the front to get the keys out of the key, therefore, box-you could not see the numbers. It was difficult to find and although you could park on the street the parking did not make it easy to carry your things in.

Cosy

Ideal location for access to cwmbran which was reason behind visit. Easy access of keys in lockbox.

Stay was too short. Sadly no onsite drive parking but parked on street to rear no problem.

Perfect location & an immaculately presented property. Very friendly & responsive owners. The fish& chip shop is a must!

We loved how clean the property was, spacious and the owners kindly provided a cot and high chair for us to use. I found the beds very comfy and warm - sleeping better than at home! It was great to be able to walk along the canal with the dog and the chip shop is very local.
