La entrada en la calle, en un callejón, bastante tétrico con los cubos de basura en la puerta

The location was amazing, we were so close to so many locations. Everything was basically a 15-30 minutes away.

Unfortunately, I didn't realise the apartment was on the 3rd floor. I have a bit of a bad knee so it was difficult but still doable. If there were more hooks to hang things in the room for your coat, that would have been great.

La posizione è perfetta, in pieno centro. La parte di salottino è davvero ben arredata e molto confortevole. Letto super comodo!

Le scale sono ripide e la porta di accesso da su un sottopassaggio con tanti bidoni dell’immondizia

Estaba muy bien ubicado! El baño era comodo y el departamento en gral estaba muy bien! El colchon era confortable y nos vino muy bien poder desayunar y cenar alli

El callejon en el que estaba era sucio y al lado de las basuras ( ruido molesto pero no en demasia). Segunda planta por escalera muy empinada que si tienes maletas grandes o problemas de rodillas es de dificil acceso. Las maderas del suelo de la cocina estaban levantadas ( por alguna fuga de agua) y se notaba que llevaban un tiempo sin arreglar . Podria ponerse una alfombra para cubrirlo, pues te hacia tropezar. Las instrucciones para abrir la puerta no estaban claras - otro huesped y nosotras tuvimos que llamar para que nos dijeran que habia que “tocar” la cerradura para activarla, y tampoco teniamos indicado cual departamento era el nuestro ( fuimos probando la vlave piso por piso) . No pudimos hacer andar la vitro de la cocina - aun leyendo el manual de instrucciones ! Revisar que este funcionando.

Location is superb, right in the heart of the city but on a back street so still tranquil and quiet to sleep. Flat is modern and clean with good facilities for a self-catering stay.

The booking.com payment included a cleaning fee of GBP90. There was no cleaning during my stay. After check-out, the hosts claimed that was for cleaning before and after my stay, which does not make sense; no one would reserve dirty accommodation and it would also mean they are charging every guest double for cleaning. There is no microwave oven. I tried to contact the hosts during my stay to enquire about some strange noise outside my door, but received no response.

The apartment itself is lovely. High quality furniture, full of small touches to make it a great stay and right in the heart of the high street (10 minute walk from train station). The team were super helpful on message and really went out of their way to make it a great stay for us.

The photos on the check in guidelines are out of date so the business we were looking for didn’t exist anymore which made finding the place a bit of a task but once we were in we were happy. There is a lot of noise but the property provide ear plugs and the location being in the heart of the lovely night life is the pay off

Отличное расположение. Наша квартира была на 2 этаже. Нам всё понравилось. До приезда была получена вся необходимая информация и инструкции, включая пароль от WI-FI. За примерно 2 часа до времени чек-ин были присланы все необходимые коды. Квартира хорошо оборудованная, есть всё необходимое для приготовления еды. На кухне был чай, капсулы кофе, оливковое масло 250 мл и соль с перцем. Нам были предоставлены капсулы для стирки и мытья посуды. Большая и просторная ванная комната (был шампунь и гель доя душа).
