Apartment is adequate.

The access to the property, is sketchy

The studio had everything one would need for a stay regardless of its length. Fully equipped kitchen, nice living area with a TV and a desk in a separated area for eventual remote working as there is also wifi connectivity. Located in the heart of the city center with many attractions in a walking distance. Great stay!

The bed is a bit small but it is comfortable.

The lack of household instructions, particularly for the heating system and for the oven, and the litter-strewn, filthy condition of the building's exterior

Location is great. Walkable to many historical places and do not need to take a bus or anything.

Great position in the middle of the New Town, close to everything. Spacious flat.

The coffee machine was, unfortunately, unusable for us, as we did not manage to find the right capsules in any of the shops we visited.

Nicely decorated and clean flat

he general location of the flat is very good, very central and all sort of shops and touristic attractions nearby although the street where flat is located is not very nice (at the back doors of restaurants and loading area, where bins are kept)

Great standard and very modern. Nice furniture and very cosy. In the middle of new town.

All was above my expectations.

Overall the host tried his best

The location is not ideal but generally satisfactory. However, the noise levels at night are quite disruptive. There are frequent disturbances from people yelling, likely due to the proximity to a restaurant or bar, and the noise from the trash collection trucks adds to the issue, especially during late hours. While the place is good overall, I hope they implement effective measures to address the noise and improve sound insulation.

Everything was good 👍 Apart from cold bathroom. Radiator not functional.

I am recovering from cancer ♋️ so severely weakened. I did not know I was on the 3rd floor with 60 steps 😳 Carrying my bags upstairs was very difficult. You should make it clear about the flats situation. I would not have booked had I known 🙃
