Property was clean and modern, well located to the city centre. Property had excellent facilities for example, coffee and tea facilities and shower gel. Property was always warm and well heated. Very comfortable stay. Host communicated clearly re getting access to the flat.

"Fantastic stay at The Auction House…will definitely stay there again!"

Just home from a great two night stay in Belfast. This property was top class. We had a small issue with one window blind being broken in one of the bedrooms but it was fully resolved by the host the next day. Off street parking was such a bonus too as it was less than a 15 minute walk to the city centre so we could leave the car at the property. The accommodation was amazing with two really comfortable bedrooms, a fab bathroom and a really lovely kitchen and living area.

Painted walls touched up with a different shade of cream which makes it stand out…..just paint the whole wall!!
