The Auction House

There was parking right outside the building. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items. The place itself was clean and tidy, with very nice decor. Located close by a few restaurants and walking distance to some grocery stores like Tesco express.

The room we were allocated in was at the very top of the building. There is no elevator so it was a bit of a struggle getting our luggage up and down the stairs. Understandably its an old building so i don't expect it to have an elevator. Its a not a big issue at all, it was just a bit difficult juggling between trying to get my 3 year old up the stairs with luggage.

Everything was seamless!

Al entrar al apartamento se notaba calidad y sobre todo limpieza. Todo muy nuevo y con gusto. La ubicación genial, a 15 min del centro. La amabilidad e indicaciones de Laura nos fueron útiles. Recomiendo 100% este apartamento

Por poner un pero, faltaría un servicio adicional de menaje, había solo 3 completos. Pero vamos, sin problema

Unser Apartment war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut in Schuss, ausreichend groß für vier Personen; freundliche Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen reagierte; gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants, Supermärkten und Take-Aways in der näheren Umgebung. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen

Die Wohnung hat an sich eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Was hier noch fehlt (oder was wir zumindest nicht gefunden haben), ist ein mittelgroßer Topf, z.B. zum Kochen von Pasta für vier Personen. Damit wäre die Einrichtung perfekt.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento al primo piano. L'arredamento in sè è carino e la pulizia è nella media. Nell'insieme è un appartamento carino e discreto in una zona non bellissima, ma poco distante a piedi dal centro. All'ingresso ci sono dei comodi posti macchina riservati e gratuiti per chi alloggia nella struttura. La proprietaria o colei che lo gestisce è molto gentile e disponibile.

Purtroppo ci sono stati diverse note negative: 1. Se ci andate d'estate considerate che l'appartamento è davvero molto caldo e non ha l'aria condizionata né ventilatori. Abbiamo provato a tenere chiuse le imposte durante la giornata oppure a tenere le finestre aperte, ma non è servito a molto. Inoltre l'appartamento dava su una strada molto trafficata dalle macchine quindi tenendo le finestre aperte si sentiva un rumore costante. 2. La porta della stanza da letto non ha un fermo e si chiudeva fastidiosamente senza possibilitá di bloccarla 3. I cuscini erano troppo sottili e piccoli e ce ne erano solo uno a persona. Il letto abbastanza scomodo.

Tout était vraiment impeccable. Nous venons de passer deux semaines en Irlande et c'est le meilleur appartement, et de loin ! La possibilité de se garer devant était appréciable.

Rien du tout, mais vraiment rien du tout. J'ai quand même été surpris de devoir donner la copie de mon permis de conduire et de ma carte d'identité.
