The Auction House

Price reflected this is a no frills apartment. Everything we needed was there but it lacked a bit of homeliness. A short walk to town hall and main CBD meant we could leave our hire car parked up outside the building.

While being close to a Wetherspoons and other pubs was in a bit of a run down area to walk through.

Great location for access to the city centre. We visited for a show at the SSE arena and buses for there were less than a 10 min walk away and really regular. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.

The location is just optional. We like to walk so we had no need for public transport whatsoever; both city center and the Titanic quarter were very easy to reach. We found the kitchen well equipped and the rooms comfortable.

There was a general smell of sewage coming from the toilet, as in humidity or so, although we were ventilating every day. Also, all internal doors, except for the bathroom have a self closing artifact which made it quite uncomfortable; we had to use our luggage to keep them open just to be able to have some normal coming and going between the rooms.

The Auction House was a great stay, if I was ever staying in Belfast again I would re book. Clean, affordable and perfect location.

Can not list one thing I disliked about my stay

A modern, comfortable 1 bedroom apartment which is a 10 minute walk to the City Hall which is the epicentre of Belfast. The communication with the host was easy and dynamic. The comfortable large bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The apartment is stylishly decorated and we enjoyed our 2 night stay. It was our 5th visit to Belfast and this apartment exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

We did experience any shortcomings.

Very clean, well equipped flat in a good location, handy enough to walk into the centre of Belfast. Free parking right outside is a bonus.

Excellent apartment that has all the facilities needed for a comfortable stay!

Newly refurbished, comfortable apartment. Asian restaurants nearby. Every other type of restaurant within a few blocks. Lovely Indian restaurant a little further. We suggest you back into your parking spot. May be tight to get out otherwise. No dishwasher. Staff was very responsive. Left a few suggestions to improve organization for clothes, towels. Lovely stay!
