The hotel looked decent and the room was near with all the amenities working fine. The food was tasty and overall cleanness was top notch. Highly recommend.

The Hotel appears to e luxurious, The staffs are very helpful and the location is in the heart of the city.

the breakfasts and dinners i took, were very good. the caretaker Sangeeta cooks very nice food. This is one of the bonus points the property is offering. I recommend one should take pleasure in staying here.

the taps and flush buttons, especially the washbasin tap, need to be replaced. that will save water and be easy for visitors to handle. Solar energy use will also benefit the property owner.

Only the location

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bathroom had a persistent water leakage issue, and the AC wasn’t working at all, making the room uncomfortable. Basic services like regular room cleaning were also ignored. The breakfast provided was also far below expectations . I actually saw that it was brought in from a roadside stall. The quality and hygiene were extremely poor, and definitely not what you expect from a hotel. Overall, the experience was far below standard, and I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make major improvements.

They booked us 3 people but did not give extra bed, the washroom is flooding, there is used condom in the washroom, there was a stale biryani in the cupboard which stank up the entire room, so bad that we puked.
