Nothing to like at all

One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Very dirty rooms as they were never cleaned, egregiously bad hospitality and service, and almost no regard to the customer.Very dirty, unclean bedsheets with hair, bathtub seemed it has never been cleaned, bathroom smelled so much, no towels or kettle provided. I can't point a single positive. It's actually a not so bad property which is managed extremely badly. And not worth the price at all. Will never recommend.

Possibly nothing apart from the fact that the location of the hotel was good - it was 50m from a metro station and 500m from a market and lots of restaurants were nearby too.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have had and stayed in - both in terms of the cleanliness of the room and the customer service. Although, I made the booking through Booking.com a month earlier, Oyo intervened in the middle few days before my stay (since this hotel is affiliated to them) and forced me to make an advance payment since I was staying for two nights. And when I'm checking in, I'm told that there are two bookings under name and the advance I was forced to pay by Oyo has a higher fare. The hotel didn't provide any support with the cancellation of the fraud booking that was forced by Oyo. The hotel didn't even care to allow me to check in without paying the full payment when I had to talk to the Oyo customer support team for over half an hour to complain. The staff was extremely arrogant and rude and lacked basic empathy. The room were damp and musty and most of the lights weren't working. The bathrooms felt like they hadn't been cleaned for ages, and even when you request room service to do it, there's hardly any improvement. There's no bathroom kit, no bathroom doormat, insufficient towels and cloth hangers in the bathroom. No dustbin was provided for the room too. You need to ask for each thing and they deliver it over an hour later.

First of all I would like to thank the hotel In charge Mr. Singh, he helped me through out my stay in Delhi. The hotel and the staff members are very nice and helpful. I am going to visit again next month.

The staff at the reception was very kind, I was not so comfortable in the room provided earlier, once I informed, he immediately changed my room and provided a bigger room with sofas and bathtub in it. Both the rooms and the linens were clean and spotless with all the amenities working.

The hotel looked average but the rooms were luxurious. The furniture's and interior was top notch. Food could be much better. check in was smooth.
