"Greedy service providers"

There is nothing to like about this

First of all this property is managed by OYO, even though i did the booking on Booking.com website. immediately after the booking confirmation. OYO approched me for full payment in advance. I made the payment & confirmed with the customer care about the booking. On the day of check-in when guests reach the hotel, hotel says they dont have any room. After many requests to hotel & OYO customer care, both stopped responding & OYO cancelled the booking at the backend & initiated the refund. Guest was left alone at night 11 pm on the streets of Delhi without a place to stay.

"Abysmal"

I had flown into the City and before I got on my flight I called to confirm our rooms. We get to the hotel around 1:00am after our long flight and we’re told that there were no rooms. They had over booked.

The location was good near the Station NZM

The rooms were not clean, sheets needed changing, the bathroom sinks were blocked, water went everywhere from the shower, there was never any hot water, the tap came off, the bath looked dirty but maybe was rusty. No kettles were available.
