Very modern, fully stocked, great location and unbeatable view.

Everything was great; if I knew they had “meal plans” to stock foods for self-cooking I would have taken advantage of that service.

"Fantastic views but only a two-family stay."

View was exceptional. We were lucky to see Fuji on day 1. The following days were basically whiteouts. Could see the Torii gate and pirate ship. The onsen/sauna were great.

We thought the property had 4 bedrooms as it was advertised as a “4 double bed room”. We thought the “s” had been accidentally missed of the word “room”. There were only 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds in each. With 5 adults and 2 littlies this caused some logistical and practical issues re sleeping.

Absolutely gorgeous design, fixtures and fittings to complement the prime location and views of Lake Ashi, the Torre Gates and Mount Fuji. Waking up to see Mount Fuji from the massive balcony and also the onsen in the flat was amazing! Everything about the flat was perfect. Also, the complimentary drinks were a very lovely gesture.

The remote check-in process was new to me but actually worked well. My only regret is that we only stayed one night, so I didn’t get to enjoy it fully and didn’t even get the chance to enjoy the foot bath on the balcony.

It was close to Pilates ship port and a view of Ashinoko lake, foot bath, and hot tub in the room were such a treat!!!

We loved everything about the stay.
