The beautiful views of Lake Ashi, the shrine and Mt Fuji. Our own private onsen with the views. The complimentary drinks were very appreciated.

It is a bit out of the way, but on the Hakone Loop. Limited food options nearby.

Loved the room style, high quality finish, especially loved the mineral water bath and amazing view of the lake

We didn’t like the food. It’s a shame it was unmanned and we didn’t receive a warm welcome. A freshly cooked meal / breakfast would be appreciated.

This Propery is outstanding. Haven’t stayed in a better one ever. It overlooks lake Ashi and the shrine. Sitting in the balcony sipping on your coffee while you can dip your legs in the foot soak. The best part - the private onsen and sauna. The host was extremely generous and the interiors were stunning. By far one of the best places I have stayed at.

とても広くて綺麗で快適に過ごしました。 ベッドもお風呂も完璧で快適でした。 コンビニも近く困りませんでしたが、設備内の自動販売機はアプリを登録しなければならず面倒でした。

アメニティーが少なかったこと、無人なので滞在中困ったことがあった時にすぐに解決できず、タイムロスがすごかった。

Amazing view and private onsen.

The beds had only twin blankets, which is not perfect for people who wish to have individual blanket. There were no extra blankets available.

החדר פשוט מדהים. הנוף, המתקנים, האונסן הפרטי, המטבח, המכונת כביסה.. הם חשבו על הכל והמחיר ממש שווה את זה. היה קל לבשל בחדר והיה בו כל מה שהיינו צריכים. זכינו לראות את פוג׳י וזה באמת היה וואו! יש סבן ממש קרוב אז אפשר לקנות מצרכים לארוחות ויש גם מאפיה חמודה במרחק הליכה

אין אפשרות לשמור או לשלוח מזוודות, ואין דלפק קבלה או מענה אנושי פיזי. הכל מתנהל באייפדים.. חוץ מזה היה היה קצת מאתגר להגיע בתחב״צ אבל עדין שווה את זה (צריך לשים לב שהאוטובוסים נגמרים מוקדם, סביב אחה״צ)
