Spacious Haven Near University of Leicester

More leeway on arrival time, had us waiting 2 hours to check in

Comfy beds, sofa was comfy too.

Stairs too steep, no instructions left on how to use WiFi and general instructions on how to leave the place. Dents and scrapes in the walls- needs lots of maintenance. Door kept shutting to the living room and needed a chair to keep open. Double bed bedroom door did not shut properly. Bathroom did not make sense being located next to the kitchen and nowhere near bedrooms. Bathroom did not have soap dispenser filled with soap- had to use washing up liquid instead. Shower rail curtain is broken. Bath tub too high up and a fall hazard, needed help to get in and out and no non-slip mat inside the shower.

Lovely big space and comfortable bed

The whole place feels a bit neglected and needs touching up all over living room, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen didn't have oven trays. Had 2 fridges but one was off and smelt terrible. No welcome pack with handy information such as WiFi code. We booked this accommodation because it had parking but when we arrive, there was a bollard up with no prior warning. We struggled to get hold of anyone and had to wait for over 3 hours before someone arrived with that key. In special requests I informed them that we were coming for my sons birthday and was told that they would leave a little personalised message for him, but none was left. The only reason we stayed for the full 2 nights was because my son wanted to stay as that's what we had told him we were going to do.

Clean Beds were comfy Bedrooms well set up.

Fridge wasn't on & we couldn't work out how to turn it on. Very poorly equipped kitchen. Cigarette burn in sofa Curtains in living room about a foot too short for the window. Heating was off when we arrived although warmed up fairly fast. Didn't really live up to the photos BUT still good value for money imo.

Good size rooms, nice and spacious so much better than a cramped hotel.

Little noisy but got to sleep relatively quickly and minor detail only 2 pillows on a double bed.
