Spacious Haven Near University of Leicester

The location was good and the property was clean. Good sized bathroom. The bedrooms were good size. The flat was well heated.

We were not informed the apartment was on 1st floor - very steep narrow stairs very difficult to take our luggage up Only one small mirror in the bathroom - no other mirrors in the whole flat No beside cabinets in the twin room so no place to keep our small items No wardrobe in the whole flat Dining table tightly fitted between sofa and wall in the living room - difficult to sit comfortably for 3 of us

We arrived at night time to what seemed like an empty house. It was very dark and all I could see were three door bells. I tried them all with no answer. I became very annoyed that in the previous correspondence there was no contact phone number given so that I could phone someone to help. Only by feeling the area by the door did I realise that there was a key locker, and then I could get the key. Some sort of light by the entrance would help. A note to the owner.... there is what looks like a cigarette burn in the sofa cushion. It was there on our arrival and needs fixing.

It was freezing cold in the apartment and parking was extremely difficult

Very clean modern and comfortable .. would recommend
