One of the most horrible experience I have had with this property. Daily water was not placed in the room after cleaning and when you ask for it, first a fall there is no staff to attend, no one picks up the housekeeping or Reception call. You need to go to the reception and ask for water, then they will send after an hour as sometimes there is no stock of water bottles or there is no staff to provide. Even there was an issue with bathroom water supply. Almost all the guests had gathered at reception at around 6 am as there was no Tap water. and many other guests had the same experience in past about the tap water going off. The water started at around 9 am. The whole night there was no water in bathroom. Pathetic stay. Don't ever consider this property for your stay

AC not working. No one cares at the reception. Whole place is Untidy Stained towels and bedsheets Toilet Jet spray leaking Room Dine In Number no one receiving calls , had to go through reception every time

Stay was excellent. Everything was good.. The room was very big neat and clean. Good hospitality.. Keep it up..

Didn't like anything about the property, the rooms were not clean, the staff was not trained and were wearing torned shirt. The Bedsheet and pillow cover had hair on them and were un-clean. Light switches in the room didn't work, no hot water in the shower, only luke warm at best. During the night a cat came and created rukkus in the lobby, apparently this is normal as per staff. During breakfast they denied a boiled egg for my 7 month old baby. We left in the hotel disgust following all these mishaps.

It was the worst stay of mine in a hotel. There is something wrong with this hotel, the staff is not getting their salaries, staff doesn't have a dress code, they are not trained, they are lazy and don't want to work diligently. Restaurants are not functional in the hotel, the gym, swimming pool, all facilities are out of order. Best part happened during the day we had to leave, no water in the bathrooms, all rooms had a flood of water. The AC in the room didn't work. Made repeated requests to staff to fix it, but for two days I was there, the AC didn't work. The washroom was not clean, had to ask the staff to clean it.
