Best Western Plus Amritsar

Our stay was excellent 👌 Good hospitality. The staff was very cooperative and helpful... The rooms were very spacious. The location is also good.

Never stayed in such a bad hotel. The bathrooms were so dirty, its like they have been used. Just before our check in. No hot water. Breakfast was so bad. The staff never respond, and are very rude. The rooms and bed linen are so unclean. We booked 4 rooms, one of the room linen had blood stains. Horrific experience

Structure of building

No cleaning, poor knowledge and untrained staff, rooms were not ready untill 8 pm. Basic amenities not available, AC blower nor working.

Rooms were spacious

Staff was very non attentive. Had to call the staff 2-3 times for everything . No hot water, no towels, no water in the room. The description says that it’s 1.5 km from the golden temple but it’s not true. It’s 4kms. There was no water in the morning and had to wait for staff for an hour to come and fix it.

Only location is good

Very pathetic property . Worst than any Best Western properties. No hot water, no staff for cleaning . Even basic service is also issue
