"Good standard for reasonable price"

Good standard, however kitchen could be equipped with more stuff e.g. wine glasses, tea spoons (only one available), pots and fries for cooking (especially that there is no restaurant in the facility or nearby & you need to go by taxi to the city center). Only big towels were there, but hand towels were provided on our request. No pool at the property & far from a beach.

It was simple and clean. Josh, the supervisor has an EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE.

Little slippery in the shower room tile and the bed is little too hard. But I would come back again. I already recommend it to my friends in the USA.

Staff were amazing, helpful and very friendly Nice amenities in the common area (kitchen, dining, living room) - stove, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, kettle etc Comfy room Could get rental car "delivered" to hotel, booking rental company via hotel staff Plenty of space to hang diving gear to dry (but not covered so watch out for sun and rain)

Being right next to the main road so quite noisy traffic Location a bit far from downtown (3km) so need to have transportation if not walking (road not pedestrian friendly). Hotel does recommend a few taxi drivers with reasonable price Unfortunately it's not locally owned. Staff are mostly Filipino/a/x. Great people though not the best if you're looking to support local economy

The kindness of the owner and the staff, all of them are Filipinos who are very friendly and always ready to help with everything.

We suggest that Leo improves the breakfast, making it a bit more varied.

Amazing place! We really liked our stay in shell villa apartel. Special thanks for Leo+crew, you guys made our vacation memorable ❤️. They are building restaurant upstairs at the moment february 2025. Looking forward to come back to check it out. It will have spectacular view to the ocean over these valleys 👍
