Staff are welcoming and professional Very accommodating and checking on you if you need anything. Room with its amenities was really good! It is a pleasant place to stay in.

Nothing that I can think of. Everything was in place. The living area was very comfy and I used it for my work purposes. really quite.

"Surprise gem on Palau."

Such a nice place to stay. The views are beautiful. The room is very comfy and the tub is huge. Loved the shared dining and kitchen areas as well as the private bedroom and bathroom. The airport pick up service was perfect.

I have no complaints at all. I should have booked a longer stay. Next time I will

Shell Villa had excellent service. They transferred me from and to the airport and also set me up with a mobile sim card. breakfast was also very good.

"Superb"

Beautiful apartments with a huge TV and a well equipped kitchen including stove and big fridge for shared use. The place is very clean, offers a quite relaxing atmosphere, a comfortable big bed and the wifi worked really well (streaming and online meeting no issue at all). We even got an upgrade to a bigger room which was amazing, we ended up staying 7 nights there. Yes it is a bit far from downtown but on the other hand closer to the KB bridge where you can chill and take a swim and it's only a short car-ride to the centre (there is no sidewalk on the main street so walking is kind of difficult and dangerous).

Breakfast options should be mixed up a bit, it's mostly the same every morning with only minor variations and you can't really have a say in what you want to have.
