The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms and beds are very large. Nice breakfast delivered each morning to your apartment. Coffee and water available all day long.

No AC in the bathroom so it gets very hot during the day. Outside the city but no issue if you have your own car.

The best place in town. Staffs are very helpful. They save our life with their shuttle service. Rooms are big and clean. Also has kitchen area. Breakfast is well prepared too.

The room was good. The recepcionist, The lady and the gentleman was really nice.

So far away from the center. You will spend in taxi or car the same money as if you stay in a closest hotel. As well not restaurant in the hotel so you will need to move every lunch and dinner if you want to eat.

Location, quiet and peaceful, very homey and the staff were so welcoming and friendly and even kept in touch with us after we left. They were very accommodating to our needs as a family with a baby. We even got a free room upgrade as it wasn't that full. We were transiting through 4 other countries and this was our best stay simply cause of how homey and comforting the villa setup was.

The place is quite rundown due to typhoon damage so there's ongoing construction work and they only serve breakfast as their restaurant is closed so you'll have to go out of your way to look for food. But despite this, we still enjoyed our stay so much!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable - assisting with booking tours, calling taxis, offering recommendations, and always greeting us warmly.

The description didn’t specify that the kitchen and living area were shared, but this was a minor surprise and did not detract from our overall experience. The kitchen could benefit from additional cookware and utensils (eg. a chopping board, small fry pan) to better accommodate guests who wish to prepare their own meals.

Facilities were great for the price. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure we had a good time

We greatly appreciate the exceptional kindness shown to us throughout our stay. Special thanks to Leo for providing drop-off and pick-up services and for introducing us to the amazing snorkeling, kayaking, and plane tours. We thoroughly enjoyed every tour and had a wonderful experience!

The weather during our stay was quite unpredictable, and the room felt a bit moist when it rained. Additionally, the location was somewhat far from downtown.

From airport pick up and throughout the stay all staff exceptionally friendly and helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Room was very large and spotlessly clean with a shared lounge kitchen area. Many towel changes.

It’s a bit out of downtown and it’s too dangerous to walk as no sidewalk especially at night so you have to rely on taxis. The restaurant is closed so there is no option for food except taking a taxi to downtown The outside of the property is so worn tired and in need of serious renovation. It looks shabby. The outside area has nowhere to sit and relax and no shade/ umbrella - there are some metal chairs but no cushions! A bit hot in the sun They are renovating the restaurant so there is constant workmen banging and bashing throughout the day - this was not explained on booking and definitely should have been. Because restaurant is closed the breakfast is brought to your room. No real choice and eating cold fried food was not appealing as it arrived a long time before we had arranged it each day.
