They didn’t provide the enough bathroom towels. We were 4 people and booked two queen beds room and had only 2 towels. Otherwise, room was clean and good to stay.

We got our window broken out in the parking lot while we were sleeping. Got staff involved they didn’t do anything didn’t let us see cameras to see how it happened. Staff also told us this happens once a year so I will never stay at this place again. Needs more security lights of camera to catch these people. We had to pay for our broken window out of our pocket 575$

Yes my name is Kimberly Bybee I stayed at the Windham on 2nd in lubbock tx last night reserved a king bed suite with pullout couch for my kids 3 and 8 .. when we got there no pillows available for pull out I had to to purchase pillows for my children. A malfunction in fire alarm want off from 1030 pm to 1120 pm which woke and kept my 3 year old and 8 year old up whom has sevear anxiety, they didnt go back sleep will 140 in the morning. What was suppose be a relaxing staying turned in to a huge inconvenience and stressful to my family.... went to voice my concerns at check out and was ignored for over 5 mins off me standing at counter within eye site of employee who couldn't get off her phone ...
USI did a Staycation and will do it again ! Everyone, bar none , was exceptional. Caring , relaxed, friendly, I was made to feel like I was the most important person in the building.
Temperature of hot tub could've been higher. Felt like bathwater, but still, good, effective. I slept like a rock.
