USUSFull disclosure: I am sitting in the room at this moment writing this review. So I LOVE EVERYTHING!!! Staff - amazing. Cody was the absolute best clerk I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Lobby - perfection. Elevator - actually the best elevator in a hotel I’ve seen in quite a while. Room - a million stars out of 10. Clean, spacious, could even put in that it’s got the best fengshui. Bathroom - same. Love the light inside the shower!!!! I couldn’t believe it! And the soap, shampoo AND conditioner?!? Yep. Love it. Great water temp as well. And the couch?!? My hubby might just bunk on it because it’s so comfy.
If only the best hotel could keep the elephant herds from waking up at the exact moment we’re trying to lay down. Called down to the front desk though and whoever took over for Cody took care of it immediately :)

USRoom was not ready when promised. Sofa in room was filthy, was not comfortable even sitting on it.
USBathroom was spacious room was clean and cool.
Trash can in lobby smelled bad all afternoon. Walls were paper thin, could hear upstairs. Our door had a crack in it.

Nothing at all....well, maybe the hot tub/spa could've been hotter . Kinda felt like bath water. to tell you the truth. Everything else, great !
