The staff didn’t give us a card holder like they usually do with the WiFi password, wheels on the trolly was broken, elevator was messing up on the way down, sofa was dirty, lingering hair on bed comforter and bathtub.

The kitchen area was always dirty. Tables not cleaned off. Floors and tables were sticky for syrup that was spilled. Floors to elevator were always dirty. You could see the same spots everyday. I was there 4 nights
