Friendly staff and good location. The gym downstairs is very large.

The room was very noisy since it was close to the elevator. There was also lots of noise coming from the courtyard late into the night (loud music). The swimming pool is small and not really designed for laps.

The hotel and staff were very nice. We loved the close proximity to M street in Georgetown.

The hotel was comfortable, spotlessly clean, very well located, and felt extremely safe. The room was beautifully decorated and the entire place smelled amazing.

The housekeeping staff was quite loud every morning, which made it difficult to sleep in. I had to wake up each day to the noise they were making, and although this was the only issue I experienced, it was rather frustrating. Also, having to pay for Wi-Fi doesn’t quite fit with expectations in 2025. Of course, this is the hotel’s policy and it was clearly stated on Booking.com, so this is just a personal opinion. But perhaps including Wi-Fi in the room rate—by raising it slightly, say $15 (daily wifi rate)—might come across as more refined.
