Riad Shanima SPA Marrakech

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff is on a level i have never experienced. Asma was always available for any question and Request. Very clean and peaceful place to stay at in Marrakech. I was traveling with my parents who had accessibility issues, they gave them a room which was very comfortable and met their needs. At the last day of our day, my father has forgotten his phone on the taxi we booked through the Riad, the driver drove all the way back to hand in the phone back to us which proved again how friendly they are. I highly recommend this Riad for a stay in Marrakech and will definitely book it again for my next visit.

Un très bon séjour dans ce Riad (bien placé) ! On a apprécié les lieux et le personnel aux petits soins ! Mention spéciale à Adil et sa bonne humeur ! On apprécie les prestations : taxi, conseils… La piscine est parfait pour se rafraîchir après les journées dans le souk.

Die Lage innerhalb der Medina und das Ambiente im Riad war traumhaft

Nous étions en séjour pour une semaine d’anniversaire. L’établissement était top, à proximité de tout, très calme, et confortable. L’accueil était très chaleureuse, petit plus pour Adil qui a vraiment été au petit soin avec nous. Je recommande vraiment ce Riad où on se sent chez soit. Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. La piscine est très rafraîchissante avec les températures attenant les 38 degrés.
