Alot of room in the apartment. Lovely area. Good travel links.

Cooker hard to figure out, couldn't use.

Difficult to find the door as no door number, the pictures are dated, and the flat it’s not pleasant as it looks. The glass shower door almost felt on me. The amenities are poor, the floor make lots of noise, and also the staff on the phone are not the most friendly.

Key safe easily accessible next to the door. Nicely decorated. Nice and warm and cosy. Nice hot bath and shower. Good location for the town and beaches.

TV was a bit "hit and miss." Although we parked right outside the property, it would be a bit awkward for parking in the main season.

Location was very good for us and just a few minutes walk to the beach . Hosts communication was very good

location was perfect for the Sea front and restaurants, very pleasant, the apartment was well big, comfy and had everything we needed,

Host and Stay are not my type of people, would NEVER book anywhere through them again! Refused to help me in any way when I asked to cancel or change the dates of my stay due to personal difficulty, okay, on top of that there are hidden charges and you have to pay either £10 for admin and a £200 holding charge for damage insurance or £25 damage insurance, which I paid as I wouldn't trust this company with £200

Not being told it was a basement flat. Also to say it was in Victoria Gardens, when there was not a Victoria Gardens in Albert Road. The photo for the flat was of a block of flats. But it was a lovely flat. Also the bed was too low, about 6 inches from the floor.

Overall, a very nice apartment, spacious and comfortable
