The location and comfortability and well equipped

The sink to one of the bedrooms needs unblocking. We checked out a little late and whilst waiting the cleaner arrived. I noticed the cleaner did not change the bedding to one of the bedrooms and simply refreshed it. It made me wonder if our beds were clean.

The beds where to low as we are elderly and bedding was a bit small for size of bed

expensive for a basement and extra charges for insurance after booking.

Bright and clean and good size accommodation. Both rooms were comfortable and the lounge and kitchen area were well designed. Good location near the sea and walking distance to Ramsgate and Broadstairs along the coast.

Gorgeous flat, great location. Our second stay here and every chance we will return again.

Only issue is lack of recycling but I gather that's an issue with the local council not collecting
