Location good for beach

Really dirty, no attention to detail an apology that ot was dirty no compensation that I went to shop to buy cleaning products even mugs had tea stains, dirty rugs and sofa rusty windows blinds falling to bits in bathroom bath dirty and mouldy shower curtain

Great location, really straight forward to find and access the apartment and very easy to find parking close by. Apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, and quiet in the evenings.

Not a dislike - but a toaster in the kitchen would have made the stay even better!

Location, close to the seaside and a short walk to the town centre

Television very difficult to operate with no instructions available. Practically impossible to switch off! Similarly the oven could not be operated as there were no instructions available and the symbols on the cooker were worn out. Also found a dirty shower curtain in the washing machine so we were reluctant to use the machine after that.

Very clean and tidy.

The location was great. The apartment is spacious.

There was no Internet available, couple housekeeping issues as well, and these were not sorted out during the stay.

Very good location, close to town & nice area, easy parking & a lovely walk to Broadstairs. Tunnels are well worth a visit & the Pugin architecture is amazing.

Struggled to get a good signal for the TV but not a big issue

It was a quiet location

That I was told it was a ground floor apartment, but it was a basement, down 8 Steps. There was no welcome/kindness as we in London call it on arrival (no milk, or water in fridge). Pillows on both beds were stained and discustingly flat. This apartment is not opposite the sea as advertised and I will be taking this up with booking.com as It’s false advertising, you can sea the sea from the top of the basement stairs if you go outside the flat and walk to the end of the road, certainly not a sea view as advertised. If you go in the back yard and up the steps you can see the sea over the top of the railings, but you’re impinging on next doors garden, not what I d call a sea view apartment.
