It's a very balanced atmosphere, the room was clean and well equipped. I did an early check in at 4am and Levi was so understanding and enthusiastic about it. He genuinely cares about the people he hosts which is super refreshing to witness. The bathroom was a spacious and clean, the scent of lemongrass was around the room. Its very close to Phong Nha caves and beautifully serene to witness the river so close.

"Great value & close to everything you need."

The location was perfect. Close to shops & restaurants and pretty views of the river. Levi is still working on the property but the rooms are clean, comfortable and cool. We would definitely stay again. Breakfast is included making it great value for money.

When the property is fully finished it will be amazing! Levi and his family are doing a great job but just be aware the common area are still not quite finished. The rooms are beautiful and can be enjoyed still.

Horizon homestay is a little gem, in a prime location with amazing food. Levi and his family did above and beyond to make our stay as great as possible during the floods
