Great location and view from the room! The staff was very kind and helpful! Would stay here again!

Really new homestay with big modern rooms and a fantastic view right next to the river. Comfy beds (but more firm). Good food in the restaurant. For vegans they had tomato tofu and fried noodles, also for breakfast. Levi is a super lovely host and was always available via WhatsApp. Parking in front of the building.

You can hear the neighbours because of thin walls. Rooms gets hot very fast because of the big windows and it takes some time to cool down via AC. The boiler didn't always work properly, Levi said he tried different models and the ones in 2 rooms aren't that good and might need replacement. One night it was raining heavily and some water came through the door and a bit from the ceiling. Luckily far away from the bed though. They are still working on some things so there might be some noise sometimes.

Nice big clean room and bathroom. Nice views of the river. Easy to get motorcycle organized in a few minutes and a bus booked to hue. Offered tours but not pushy.

The room was spacious and very clean. The view we woke up to was absolutely beautiful, it definitely made our sleeper bus worth it!

New and therefore everything worked properly and was clean.

Owner is a bit scattered. Put us in the wrong room on arrival, but accommodated us properly after much back and forth. Once we proved to him that we paid for the upgraded room, he acquiesced. We also had to switch rooms during our 3 day stay which we surmised was because of overbooking.

We had a great time staying here! The room was very clean with a beautiful river view, and the location was perfect – close to restaurants and shops. The à la carte breakfast was included, absolutely delicious, and had vegetarian and even vegan options available. Levi, the host, was extremely kind and helpful. He gave us great tips about what to do in Phong Nha, helped us with transportation, and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the free bicycles and affordable scooter rental. All in all, one of the best experiences we’ve had – thank you, Levi!

New property, very beautiful view, good location. Levi welcomed us warmly and chatted with us for a bit. We even offered to drive us to our bus. Breakfast is included and was great. We definitely recommend.
