Great location, the neighborhood is super friendly and off the Main Street and Levi is absolutely amazing! The event host!

Can highly recommend. Everything was organised extremely well, and we had a great stay in Phong Nha. Levi looked after booking our cave kayaking tour and scooter rental and advised us well on the way to travel around and organised or next bus transfer for us. Awesome location on river and paddle board provided free to use. Right behind town with easy access to shops and restaurants, etc.

Beautiful location right on the river, with exceptional views from the rooms. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast has great options.

Room is spacious and very clean. This is a really good quality for the price. I would recommend. Breakfast could be more punctual but both choice options and taste were great. We would recommend this hotel for a stay in Phong Na. Great location also with a nice view.

We were a bit disappointed with the room, as it didn’t match the photos we saw online — those must have been of the better rooms. The one we stayed in was quite old, with visible humidity on the walls and hallways. The bathroom setup was also inconvenient, as the shower drained directly into the toilet area without any separation, which made things messy. That said, the host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He went out of his way to accommodate all our requests, helped us with our luggage, and served an absolutely amazing breakfast each morning. His hospitality really made a difference, even if the room itself wasn’t what we expected.

Amazing value for money. A lovely family run homestay. Levi the manager is very hospitable and accommodating and speaks great English. The facilities are newly built so everything is clean and in immaculate condition. Surprisingly the sound insulation in the room is great despite some noises in the neighborhood. In a great location within walking distance to town. Breakfast and coffee is delicious. We had some nice food for dinner at the kitchen too! Highly recommend. Thank you for everything ☺️
